"David Cameron" Stumped By David Letterman's History 'Quiz'...

David Cameron has performed another u-turn, this time on the value of expressing himself in 140 characters. The Tory leader is to join Twitter, despite once warning: ‘Too many tweets make a t***.’ The Prime Minister, who is today on a visit to the America, is taking inspiration from US President Barack Obama’s use of the microblogging site to connect with voters and push rapid responses to political rows. David Cameron charged China and Russia with blocking international efforts to halt the war in Syria and even suggested they had "aided and abetted" President Bashar al-Assad's "reign of terror". While Mr Cameron, in an address to the United Nations yesterday, did not mention them by name, it was clear he was alluding to Russia and China and their unwillingness on three different occasions to approve resolutions
